For individuals: I am an anxiety and OCD therapist with expertise in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD. I help adults overcome overwhelming anxiety and debilitating obsessions and compulsions, often rooted in rigidity, to experience greater flexibility, freedom, and joy in their lives.

For families: I am a family therapist specializing in family conflict resolution. I help families upend recurring arguments, communication breakdowns, household dysfunction, and unresolved trauma in order to build repairable and supportive relationships.

About Leticia Berg, LLP (she/her):

With over a decade of experience, I specialize in helping individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive issues (OCD), family conflict, childhood sexual trauma, complex trauma, PTSD, and ADHD.

I am a dedicated psychotherapist providing compassionate care through teletherapy to clients across Michigan. My approach is humanistic and integrative, blending Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), cognitive-behavioral, parts work (IFS), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and psychodynamic therapies to meet each client’s unique needs.

My professional journey began in 2009, and I’ve been working full-time in private practice since 2019. I hold Master’s Degrees in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology and Fielding Graduate University, where I am currently pursuing my doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Additionally, I am certified in Clinical Hypnotherapy, adding a powerful tool to support healing and personal growth.

Beyond private practice, I bring a wealth of experience from hospital and community mental health settings. Notably, I provided clinical support to patients and medical professionals in Oncology, Pre-Surgical, Critical Care, and Cardiology units at Glendale Adventist Hospital. My time as a research assistant at UCLA’s Emergency Medical Research Associates deepened my understanding of trauma through specialized research on head trauma patients.
